On September 16, 2010, BPC MediaWorks, LLC hosted a special VIP reception for Mayor John P. Shoals, president of the League of California Cities African American Caucus at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel.

The reception was hosted during the League’s Annual Conference, a program focused on leadership training for California’s city officials at the San Diego Convention Center.
